For sale is a handmade Conn V8D. This is not your normal Conn V8D that essentially came from a factory. This horn was hand assembled with great care by one of the the Conn 8D restoration/rebuilding authorities in the world, Chuck Ward.
This horn is, I believe, the best Conn 8D that I have played - including classic Elkhart horns. It has the sweetest, smoothest sound and plays great in every single register. I couldn't find a bad note on this horn. This is a fantastic professional horn worthy of being played professionally.
Two waterkeys are installed on this horn, and it has a screw bell as well.
It is unlacquered. There are no dents or dings. This is a new horn.
Included is a brand new Protec ProPac case. No mouthpiece is included, but a mouthpiece may be included upon request.

This instrument may be returned up to one week after the horn is delivered. If the horn is returned, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. If the instrument is damaged in the posession of the customer, all repairs will be the sole responsilbility of the customer.
